Project Description

Zoe & Jake married at The Gallivant, Camber, Rye. They had a 3 tier white chocolate ganache finished cake with fresh flowers sandwiched between the tiers. The bottom tier was cookies and cream cake, middle was banana sponge with salted caramel and top tier was chocolate mud cake with salted caramel. Chocolate ganache is great alternative to buttercream, it holds up better under heat especially for marquee weddings and is delicious too!
