Michelle & Jony

Michelle and Jony married at Gildredge Manor in Eastbourne on a gorgeous July day. I created this 4 tier cake for them plus a dessert table. They had a travel theme so I iced the bottom tier and decorated it with a world map in rose gold, they then had 3 tiers of semi naked cake on top which were decorated with fresh flowers. I really like the effect of using a combination of iced and semi naked cake and this would work well if someone wanted fruit cake as their base or a dark chocolate cake (as the colour shows up with naked cakes) it also gives me the opportunity to give the cake a personal touch.
