A showstopper for T&H last month, a 5 tier fondant iced beauty with a cascade of white sugar flowers to make a real impact. I don’t make cakes like this every week, and I wouldn’t want to but when I do get the opportunity to go maximalist I do have a lot of fun with it!

Liquid Mercury was the brief for this cake I made last March. Texture, drama and metallics, coupled with wafer paper feathers for a lightness. This creative, conceptual and art focused wedding was such a fun brief.
