I adored creating this winter wedding cake at the George in Rye, East Sussex in early December. The lights in Rye were twinkling and the lighting was just so gorgeous.

I made this 3 tier chocolate ganache covered wedding cake with piped and etched details including mistletoe, leaves, flowers and some dried edible petals and leaves to add texture.
