Jane & Mark

Jane and Mark married at Pelham House in April, my brief was to make them a pressed flower cake which represented Spring countryside bank in England. They also wanted to contrast this with a marbled bottom tier. This cake was all covered with white chocolate ganache and I press all the edible flowers myself.
