Jana & Davide

Jana and Davide asked me to create a wedding cake that was bold, bright, modern and a true showstopper. Jana was set on the idea of realistic sugar flowers to match her bouquet by Flowers for Worthing and I loved making the dark tones of the dahlias and roses alongside the pinks and gold leaves. I used a wrapped effect with the fondant and marbled texture to create this modern, bold cake. It was delivered to Hotel du Vin on a Saturday in September 2023 for the happy couple.
