Italian Wedding Cake

I used the opportunity of a styled photoshoot at Highley Manor to make an Italian style wedding cake. Layers of puff pastry, pillowy creme patisserie and fresh summer berries make for an alternative wedding cake which is a real statement and can be used as dessert if desired. Why not have both!?
