Hannah and George had this three tier semi naked wedding cake decorated with gold leaf which was inspired by George’s wedding ring. I used wax flower to decorate the cake simplistically which was perfect for the style of wedding and winter theme. This was a small 3 tier size which served 60.

Ashdown Park Hotel has the most beautiful chapel and this cake had an intricate bespoke stencil on the top tier of the arches containing the stained glass windows behind where the cake is displayed. I used a Perspex separator between the tiers for the stained glass colours to show through and with a rubbed bottom tier and fresh flowers in rich autumn tones this cake was a beauty. Fondant iced and totally gluten free.
