I would love to hear from you about your wedding plans, it’s never too early to start the process of designing your cake and sampling your wedding cake flavours.

This is probably my most recreated design but it’s different every time. This cake was delivered for J&J today @highley_manor_sussex with fresh flowers in a loose organic arrangement. I think it’s classic and elegant looking, do you agree?

Sage green and all shades of pink rustic but pretty was the brief for the lovely N&P @swallowsoast
A small 3 tier size which serves 60 portions with a white chocolate finish and palette knife painted flowers and leaves with gold leaf accents.
Flavours were pistachio, raspberry and white chocolate, lemon and spiced carrot.

The Enchanting Cake Table B&T asked me to create

The Enchanting Cake Table

B&T asked me to create them a cake table spread for their intimate wedding which started at Canterbury Cathedral and then the celebrations continued at The George in Rye. Incredible flowers adorned the stunning ballroom and the couple had a string quartet playing in the background. Their vision came to life and I was proud to be a part of it by making and styling this table for them with 3 small cakes, cupcakes, meringues and macarons. The satisfaction when I had completed this set up was off the charts.
