Fairlight Hall

I made this 4 tier rustic wedding cake for a huge wedding celebration at Fairlight hall. The couple used the cake as dessert for 200 guests so they also had a lot of cutting cakes. They wanted a summery fresh strawberry and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream inside and I decorated the cake with an abundance of seasonal fresh flowers provided by Veves Carter.
