Denise & Mark had this iced cupcake tower for their wedding celebrations at Wadhurst Castle. I made them a top tier to cut with sugar flowers matching their wedding flowers and 75 cupcakes, some iced with sugar flowers and bows and some with a buttercream swirl. I hire this cupcake stand with the order.

Delicate, feminine and fresh was the essence of R&J’s wedding decor today. With natural tones of spring green and white with beautiful fresh flowers on the tables. The cake was white chocolate ganache finished with palette knife roses, leaves and hand painted vines. I loved the elegant simplicity of this design which was inspired by a cake that the bride had seen on Pintrest.

Josie and Josh also then used the cake as dessert, even better!

I made this 3 tier white chocolate ganache finished cake for this spring wedding at Stanhill Court. I loved getting creative with the flowers on the cake and made matching bud vases to decorate the table too. The personalised stand was made by my husband @nick_fitter_carpentry and the cake was finished with strawberry macarons

When you book me to make your wedding cake I try to make the experience as relaxed a an enjoyable as possible. You are there to be the passenger enjoying the view and coming up with suggestions of where we might go. You can put your trust in me to turn in the right direction and push your suggestions into places that will work, I do the stressful part and deliver the cake on the day looking beautiful.

This was a relatively hot day in August, I arrived to set up the wedding cake around lunch time and the marquee it was going in had been closed all day and was just too hot. So I made the decision to store the cake inside the house where it was cool and I came back 3 hours later just as the guests were arriving to set it up. I’m not sure Carolina knew this, but it didn’t matter because she had 100% faith in me that it would be there and ready when she needed it in perfect condition.

This trust and expertise is the service you expect when you book a supplier like myself or one of the other fantastic wedding suppliers that I work with in this industry and love providing a 5 🌟 service

Stanmer House When I was invited to make a black

Stanmer House

When I was invited to make a black and white wedding cake for a styled shoot at Stanmer House I just knew I had to keep it simple, elegant and romantic.

I hand dyed the silk ribbon black and paired it with a white fondant iced cake with a step tier in black on the base, the plinth is now available to hire as part of a cake styling package I provide and I also dyed the cheesecloth runner in grey. The shoot was a joy to work on, I absolutely adore these opportunities to get creative in the winter months.
