Danielle & Reece

Danielle and Reece married in May at The Cherry Barn in Rye. They had a 3 tier chocolate ganache wedding cake with the bottom tier fully covered and the top two tiers semi naked. I hand painted delicate spring pastel coloured flowers cascading down one side of the cake to match flowers that Jo Moody supplied. Using white chocolate and cocoa butter to paint tiny tendrils and abstract flowers gave a pretty, dainty effect. It could easily be adapted to different colours to create a completely different look.
