Cove Flower Spray

I designed this cake as a display after returning from an advanced sugar flower course with Suzanne at Cove Cake Design. I wanted to show off the flowers and used a printed wrap on the bottom tier which gives a graphic striking finish. The middle tiers are stencilled with a trellis design to showcase the flowers.
