Chafford Park Emerald

I made this chocolate ganache finished cake for a styled shoot at Chafford Park. I collaborated with Evie from The Country Blush, Emma Hall photography and lots of other talented local suppliers to create some great inspiration for wedding styling.

I went bold with this 3.5 tier green cake with rice paper sails and gold leaves, I love how versatile white chocolate is as a medium and how bright it can be coloured.
