I used rich oranges and reds for this Halloween wedding for the loveliest couple Bev & Mark @georgeweddings

They opted for a two tier cake and cupcakes with mini pumpkins for the younger guests to enjoy as to not feel left out of Halloween (how thoughtful!). I used dried flowers that Bev provided to decorate the cake. Thank you for providing a fun brief for me to work with 🎃

Taking a moment to wish all my friends and couples past and present seasons greetings and a happy and positive 2025.
I may have been slow posting on social media this year but it has been my busiest in business to date and I have been creating many wedding cakes for my lovely couples behind the scenes.
This close up is from one of my favourite winter cakes from 2022 at The George in Rye which is becoming one of my most booked venues, which is great thing as far as I’m concerned. This also demonstrates the power of community and connecting in this industry through recommendation of trustworthy services and suppliers.

A festive green and gold themed wedding today for J&D @buxtedparkhotel
I used fondant icing for this one with forest green on the bottom tier with hand painted gold trees to match their stationery, a marbled middle tier and a snowflake design on the top tier with bespoke initials. Finished with pine cones with help from my lovely friend Hayley @theflowerhouseburwash and gold sugar leaves

This 4 tier classic Lambeth style lady was deliver

This 4 tier classic Lambeth style lady was delivered to @thirdavenuehove yesterday for E&R. With a gluten free top tier, passionfruit and vanilla, chocolate and salted caramel and lemon on the bottom tier. All finished in white chocolate ganache.
The juxtaposition of this classic style in the chic Hove venue was just perfect. Congratulations to you both!

Liquid Mercury was the brief for this cake I made last March. Texture, drama and metallics, coupled with wafer paper feathers for a lightness. This creative, conceptual and art focused wedding was such a fun brief.
