Gemma & Christopher’s wedding celebrations were held at the Grand Hotel in Brighton, East Sussex. They had quite a large wedding and therefore asked me to design this elegant and opulent 5 tier wedding cake with separator tiers between each layer. They had a rose style ruffles on the bottom tier, edible sequins and hand painted initials on the middle tier. I then topped the cake with handmade sugar flowers to match the bridal bouquet and the table flowers.
