Are you getting married in 2024?

If you are yet to book your wedding cake designer then I would love to hear from you. This time of year there is usually a lull and then enquiries go crazy after Christmas, I’m already halfway to my capacity for next year so do get in touch if you would like to work with me.

This is a wedding that I will never forget, Bryony did full planning for the day and what an epic day it was.

I’m missing this, my favourite part of my job is the final touches to a wedding cake. This was me working on Lucy & Tim’s cake in October. I had my husband with me and he took this when I wasn’t looking- brownie points for getting me content 🤭

Stanmer House When I was invited to make a black

Stanmer House

When I was invited to make a black and white wedding cake for a styled shoot at Stanmer House I just knew I had to keep it simple, elegant and romantic.

I hand dyed the silk ribbon black and paired it with a white fondant iced cake with a step tier in black on the base, the plinth is now available to hire as part of a cake styling package I provide and I also dyed the cheesecloth runner in grey. The shoot was a joy to work on, I absolutely adore these opportunities to get creative in the winter months.

Feeling festive?
I went to watch my son’s first nativity today where he was an angel and I definitely feel festive now.
This was a Christmasy wedding cake @georgeweddings I loved the delicate details and piping and have recreated this style a few times this year for more summery cakes but I definitely have a soft spot for this winter version.
